YEG Powerline is a specialist manufacturer and distributor of Power supplies. We also supply other associated products such as fans and thermally conducting material, mains filters and batteries.

We have nearly 30 years experience providing power supplies to OEMs in Aerospace, Broadcast, Data storage, Food handling, Gaming, Industrial computing, LED display, Medical, Military, Process & Instrumentation, Professional Audio, Rail track side,  Servers, Telecoms, Traffic management, Vending and Video conferencing.

Our range of  standard power supplies are used in equipment needing less than 1 watt  up to 6 kilowatts. Our power supplies are AC/DC and DC/DC open frame, enclosed, PCB mount, programmable and bench types. We carry a range of stocked items at a very competitive prices and hold specific allocated stock on behalf of customers by agreement.

We are also your first port of call if you have what seems a non standard power supply or charger requirement for your new project. We review your needs and determine the most cost effective solution that meets your development time scale. Our solution could be one of our standard products; a semi customised standard part or a fully customised power supply. We can also address additional customer system requirements such as: led drivers, custom enclosure, cabling, ruggedisation and thermal management as well as both AC to DC Converters and DC to DC converters.

We offer our customers use of our in-house EMC  Pre-Compliance  Chamber to aid product development and help meet EMC standards.  Our experienced technical team ensure quality control and consistency in supply together with rapid turnaround for custom solutions.

Thermal Management
For thermal management products we are an approved distributor for Sunon, offering fans and blowers and for Kerafol who manufacture a wide range of innovative thermally conductive sheet, gap filler material and compounds.

EMC Filters
For EMC compliance our mains filters include a range of power entry and power line single or 3 phase in-line filters.

Batteries and Chargers
We also stock sealed lead acid batteries and  supply NiMH batteries and battery chargers.  We also have the ability to create custom NiMH battery packs.
