Automated dispensing
For high volume high speed production Young Electronics and Kerafol offer an automated dispensing service of its thermally conductive compounds. The thermally conductive compounds start as either 1 or 2 part liquid components which when mixed will cure into a flexible and compressible thermal interface layer. The benefits of these compounds are:

Young Electronics work with clients to offer custom thermal interface solution where the above compounds are bonded to semiconductor or mechanical components. Choice of componds and technical development of a tailored process are all part of our consulting service.
When this application process is transferred to well proven high speed automated dispensing robots; production is rapid and very cost effective. This serial production process is done at Kerafol's factory facilities in fully air conditioned clean rooms. The customer's coated component is then delivered to their site for final assembly
